Treatment times

Please note that all bookings are subject to a slight time adjustment, we will contact you if this is required.

Arrival

We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your treatment, to allow time to get changed, fill out your consultation form & unwind before your treatment.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or change your appointment date. If you need to cancel/ move your treatment date, please provide 48 hours notice. Cancellations on the day or no-show clients will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

Adult Only Zone

Due to the active nature of our products and our focus on wellness, only people over the age of 16 years old can avail of treatments as The Spa at Roe Park is an adult only zone.

Mobile Phones

So that you can fully enjoy your tranquil spa experience, and as a courtesy to other clients, we request that mobile phones are switched off as The Spa at Roe Park is an adult only zone.

Late Arrival

Please understand that arrival for appointments will result in forfeit of the time for your treatment and will be charged at full price.

Medical Conditions

Prior to some treatments which are indicated for certain conditions, our therapists will undertake an assessment, to ensure we are looking after your wellness. If you are pregnant, suffer high or low blood pressure, heart problems, skin disorders and diabetes, or going through a cancer journey please let us know. If you have any concerns please inform us at the time of the booking. If you have any special requirements, please let us know in advance.

All brochure listed treatments are adaptable and suitable for men. For facial treatments, we recommend that men shave no longer than two hours prior to any treatment.

Treatment Adjustments

At the spa, it is all about you. We want to ensure you fully enjoy your treatment. If you would like the room temperature adjusted or a change in the amount of pressure during your massage, please advise your therapist.

Valuables

We recommend that you leave valuables in a safe place on your visit to the spa. The nature of treatments mean your belongings may be left unattended and we cannot accept responsibility for losses from lockers.

What to bring

At the spa, just bring yourself - we will provide robes, towels, slippers and disposable underwear. Gentlemen are required to wear swimwear/underwear during treatments. It may be useful to bring sandals or flip flops for pedicure treatments, to allow time for your nails to fully dry.

Booking Information

Full Payment is require at the time of booking.

Less than 48hr notice will result in the loss of 50% of your treatment cost.

Gift Vouchers

A gift of a Spa Treatment to the one you love or indeed anyone is greatly appreciated. Please let our reception know and we will arrange the appropriate gift certificate.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available in the main Resort Car Park situated beside the Golf Academy.

Retail Return Policy:

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase provided the products are unopened and seals unbroken. Original product packaging must me intact. Returns are at the cost of the customer, we recommend sending recorded delivery as we cannot accept any liability for items that get lost in the post. Please provide name, address and order number within the returned package. Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the package back.
